Delivery took very long

My dogs love the ramp. They get up and down from the couch so easily. Only problem is the puppies have now decided that its their new chew toy too. Thank you for sorting out the delivery issue so professionally and promptly, much appreciated.

This toy is our Border Collie cross' favorite toy. We were concerned at first that it wouldn't last, since the first time she played with it, it immediately had bite marks on it. It is almost 2 months now and the toy is still in a great condition. Yes it has more bite marks but it has no signs of disintegrating. I would recommend this toy for high energy dogs that like running, jumping and swimming (our Golden Retriever loves fetching it from the water).

If you're looking for a soft bed, this is not the product you're looking for. It really is a FANTASTIC product, but the "extra comfort" factor is not there. I've just bought some foam chips to replace some stuffing and now my pup is super comfy.

I love the steps and so do all the Yorkies. It is sturdy and extremely easy to assemble. The service throughout this purchase was excellent. I paid for the product in 2021 and was immediately informed they are out of stock. I was refunded as well.
