Helpful Grooming Tips

Stand your pet on a mat if your're indoors or groom outdoors. Ensure you and your pet are comfortable and relaxed before commnecing grooming. Regular grooming should be an enjoybale experience for both pet and owner!

Before you commence grooming, check your pet's skin for any cuts, bruises, abrasions, sores or skin conditions.

Do not use the Moult Stoppa if any of these conditions exist.

For best results, shampoo and dry your's coat before using the Moult Stoppa.

Ensure your pet's coats is completely dry before grooming.

Before using the de-shedding tool inspect and remove any tangles and matting from your pet's coat with the Self-Cleaning Slicker, De-Matting Tool or Undercoat Rake.

Start from the head and comb down the body with the blade angle towards the coat.

Gently and slowly pull the the tool with long smooth strokes, in the direction of the hair growth.

Stroke up and away from your pet's skin.

Don't aply too much pressure on the tool as you comb.

Aoid excessive strokes in the same area and don't use around sensitive areas.
